The V edition of the FORMEM Academy took place in the week of October 25th to 29th, 2021. Due to the constraints of the pandemic situation, the online format was once again be adopted for the promotion of the five days. This edition focused on two major themes that are currently undergoing structural change in Portugal: Vocational Training and Employment of People with Disabilities. In all 5 days, the event counted 979 registered participants, representing 87 organizations, and 12 speakers. The main goal of Academia is to promote debate and critical thinking between all of those who support People with Disabilities, to stimulate learning experiences and sharing of information and knowledge.
