FORMEM is promoting the second data collection on the impact of support in the areas of employment and vocational training for persons with disabilities, using the BIRP tool – Personal Indicator Database.
Developed by FORMEM, BIRP is organized into 9 domains and is composed by 84 key performance indicators focused on the impact of the support given to persons with disabilities in their vocational training and employment aspirations. Besides measuring the personal impact of the support (outcome), BIRP also provides data connected with the sociodemographic characterization and organizational aspects (inputs and outputs).
