This meeting, which took place on March 30 at the CTCV premises, in Coimbra, followed the meeting held on February 10 and aimed to outline the way in which FORMEM’s Internal Auditors Team works, namely the necessary training and objectives for 2017.
38 people from the following entities were present at this meeting: A2000, AAPACDM from Faro, ACIP, APACI, APCV, APPACDM from Coimbra, APPACDM from Viseu, APPDA from Coimbra, ARCIL, ASSOL, CERCIAG, CERCIAMA, CERCIFEIRA, CERCIGUI, CERCIMARANTE, CERCIMIRA, CERCIVAR, Fundação LIGA, Instituto S. João de Deus and VÁRIOS. .
Participants became aware that the training of this Team will bring benefits to all entities that comprise it, however, the President of FORMEM’s Board of Directors warned that, for the team to function in the best way, the responsible technicians will have to make an effort, lose a few days of work to audit other entities, make reports, etc.
This meeting established all the specifics related to the Team, namely with regard to training, in which it was established that all members will have access to specialized training, in order to acquire the necessary skills to audit an entity (try to (the training starts in the month of May). Regarding costs, FORMEM will bear the cost of a maximum of two people per associated institution.
The formation of FORMEM’s Internal Auditors Team is part of the Enabling and Enabling for Better Support project of the National Project Financing Program by INR, I.P. in 2017.
