Following the implementation of the Mentoring Programme in 2025, FORMEM will continue
this initiative in 2026, maintaining the same structure and guiding principles.
The programme is exclusively addressed to FORMEM member organisations and aims
to strengthen knowledge sharing, strategic reflection and organisational
development through close and personalised support.
Based on the positive experience of the previous year, FORMEM reaffirms its commitment
to empowering its members by promoting spaces for dialogue, learning and
strategic alignment, supported by the expertise and experience of mentors with
recognised backgrounds in the field of inclusion of persons with disabilities.
How does it work?
Each interested organisation may select, from the list of mentors, the mentor whose experience best matches its needs. Following this selection, mentors will review requests according to their availability and agree directly with the organisation on the dates, duration and format of the visit(s). Sessions take place at the premises of the host organisation.
Each mentoring visit/session has a fixed cost of €100 per day, payable to FORMEM. Additional costs may apply for journeys exceeding 100 kilometres. Any expenses not covered within the scope of the programme are the responsibility of the host organisation.
At the end of each mentoring process, a report prepared by the mentor will be provided.
