The 3rd Quality Meeting of the North Benchmarking Group took place on July 6, 2017 in Viana do Castelo, with the support of APCVC, and 29 people from 15 different entities were present.
At this meeting, principles 3 – Rights, 4 – Ethics and 5 – Partnerships of EQUASS were discussed, with an excellent work dynamic, which gave rise to interesting debates and the sharing of good practices by each entity.
Through the satisfaction questionnaires, it was possible to obtain an overall positive evaluation, given that the average score was 4.3 on a scale of 1 to 5, with no suggestions or descriptive criticisms.
