This meeting was part of the Enabling and Capacitating for Better Support project, co-financed by INR I.P. 2017, having been the second in the South group, in which the second principle of Equass2018 was addressed: Human Resources.
Although this group was guided by the vice-president of FORMEM, Ana Isabel Cruz (APPACDM of Coimbra), at this meeting, it was APPACDM in Lisbon who promoted the work, more specifically Isabel Bento (responsible for Human Resources) who made a presentation on its approach to HR.
It is worth noting the excellent communication skills that APPACDM Lisbon had during its presentation, which was rich in examples and showed effort and dedication in its preparation.
