The FORMEM Academy is an annual event for people interested in sharing knowledge in the field of disability, and in 2023, it took place on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of May, at the Lufapo Hub, in Coimbra
This year, the Academy promoted a space for specialized discussion on socio-professional inclusion, to enhance peer learning on relevant topics to the daily lives of support professionals.
A total of 158 participants from 39 associations attended the 3 days of the Academy.
The three days of sharing had the following themes:
- The Management of Professional Training for People with Disabilities (May 22)
- Application of SIS-A by Resource Centers for Qualification and Employment (May 23)
- Flexibility in Professional Training for People with Disabilities and Local Cooperation Partnerships (May 24)
